About Me
I am a COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) qualified psychotherapist with 8 years of experience working with young adults (18-39).
I primarily work using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Systemic Family Therapy lense along with a Person Centred approach. My work is trauma informed and affirmative.
Our work together will be collaborative and insight oriented.
